APEX is our Middle and High School Youth Group.

We meet on Sunday evenings from September through May at 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm in the high school room, which is in the lower level of the church.

 

We hold Bible study, fellowship, and lots of laughs (and snacks!) All youth in grades 6 – 12 are invited to join us. You don’t have to be a member of the church to stop by and check it out!

 

During the school year we host different outside events like retreats, holiday parties, and service projects. During the summer go on an annual high school mission trip together, and during the school year we take a fall or winter retreat to enjoy faith and fellowship. We also host fundraisers all year along to support each trip. Each year is different so stay tuned!

Youth Mission Trip

Each summer the high school youth (9th grade-12th grade) explore mission in a various ways through a mission trip.  Leaving the comfort of their own bubble, the high schoolers experience God in new and different places.  They work hard and grow in faith and relationship.  The youth have done everything from painting buildings and landscaping to teaching VBS to kids and playing bingo at nursing homes. Fundraisers make it possible to go on these trips.  Each year the youth work hard at an annual Pancake Breakfast, bake sales, car washes, and many other creative endeavours.
