Building Faith - Adults

Adult Sunday School
At FPCN, we believe learning happens in every stage of our lives. Throughout the year, we offer a variety of Adult Sunday School classes to engage both our faith and curiosity. In this time together, we form community and learn more about the intersection of our faith and life. Classes usually run six to eight weeks, so there is always something new and different around the corner.
Our next study session will meet at 11:15 a.m. in the Gathering Room on the final Sunday of each month from October 2026 to May 2027. We will be going through the book Appreciate These Things by Jill J. Duffield.
Adult Small Groups
In addition to “Adult Sunday School,” FPCN offers several options for adults. Small study groups are an important part of personal and spiritual growth. Jesus had a small group (the disciples), and the early church followed Jesus' model and met regularly for small group fellowship (Acts 2:42-47). Adults are welcome to seek a small group in which to grow with others.
Kerygma Bible Study
Meets at 8:45 a.m. on Sundays. Kerygma is an adult co-ed Bible study which focuses on the Bible and theologians who study the Bible. Discussions are spirited and all are welcome! For more information, contact the church office at fpcnorthville@fpcnorthville.org
Wednesday Men's Small Group
Meets at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday mornings either by Zoom or a location of the group's choice (restaurant). The group focuses on real life scripture study and a time to share the challenges we face day to day.
Men's Discussion Group
This group meets every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in the Gathering Room (excluding holidays). Men get together to discuss life, God, Jesus, raising kids, and various other topics. There is no discussion of politics. Bring a discussion topic and join us at our next gathering. Contact the church office for more information: fpcnorthville@fpcnorthville.org.
Naomi Circle
Meets on the second Wednesday of the month from September through June, at 10:00 a.m. This women's group shares a snack and fellowship and then a time of Bible study. The 'Naomi Sisters' also support various mission activities, including Northville Civic Concern and First Step. Contact Sandy Robison or the church office for more information.
Agape' Women's Study
Meets on Friday mornings at 9:30 a.m. Women of all ages and from a number of area churches attend this study. The group meets weekly from September through June, using a devotional guide to study scripture. Contact Carol Maise or the church office for more information.
